Attorney-at-law Tim Hoesmann is Centralverband's legal counsel and deals in particular with issues of media, copyright and business law. His particular passion is photography. Before becoming self-employed as a lawyer, he also worked as a professional photographer. He advises numerous companies, publishers and self-employed persons from the media and photography industry and is available to them as a contact person in legal matters. Mr. Hoesmann writes regularly for numerous trade media and is frequently interviewed and quoted as an expert on media law topics. As a lecturer at the "Akademie Deutsche Pop" and the "Deutsche Pop Akademie", he not only imparts theoretical knowledge, but also takes care to illustrate his teaching with extensive examples from practice.
